Luxury Packaging design

Packaging design plays a vital role in shaping how a product is perceived. For high-end, premium and luxury brands, the packaging is often the first physical touchpoint, setting expectations, building trust and shaping the experience before the product is even used.

I’m a packaging designer based in London, working with clients in the UK and internationally. I specialise in creating bespoke packaging design for high-end, premium and luxury brands that want every detail of the customer experience to feel considered and consistent.

Most packaging projects sit alongside a brand identity, either drawing on one already in place or developed together from the start.

A little about the process:

1. First, please get in touch so we can discuss your ideas and requirements.
2. If you already have a brand identity, colour palette, logo and supporting elements in place, the packaging can be designed to work in harmony with them and expand on the established visual language. If not, it is often worth developing these first for consistency.
3. Next, I create a small range of concepts supported by 3D mock-ups (these tend to be superior to AI renders, as we have a full model we can manipulate without the details drifting), allowing you to visualise how the packaging will look in the real world without the cost of physical proofs at an early stage.
4. Once the strongest direction has been selected, the design is refined until everything feels resolved and ready for production.
5. Finally, I provide print-ready artwork prepared to your manufacturer’s specifications. If your printer supplies die-lines, I can apply the artwork for you. If you only require proof of concept at this stage, I can also provide high-resolution mock-ups.
