I was commissioned to update the brand identity for Elva Partners, an Independent search & recruitment consultancy focused on the world of corporate affairs. While honoring their exisiting identity and the brand equity it had accumalated, we wanted the new branding to elevate perceived value and reflect the high level Elva Partners work at within the recruitment sector.
The logo features a custom ligature within a monogram ‘EP’, symbolising the role Elva play in connecting their clients to ideal candidates. The ligature as an almost organic, floral aesthetic; appropriately indicating the wide network Elva Partners have established both with high quality candidates and within their specialist sectors.
The brand colours reflect high end, top tier approach and positioning; with a rich gold as the accent colour, paired with grey tones.
