It was a real pleasure to create the new brand identity for One Luxury Int – a high end luxury real estate brand founded on a singular principle: to represent only the finest properties and only with the most accomplished agents. The identity needed to exude luxury at a glance, clearly signalling it’s intended positioning as a truly exclusive option for a high net worth audience; a discerning clientele looking for properties valued at over $1 million.
Where many once-prestigious luxury brands in the real estate industry have been bought up and diluted by large corporate conglomerates, One Luxury remains fiercely independent and intentionally different.
The brandmark was crafted to symbolise elite positioning, featuring a numeric ‘1’, abstract cityscape / buildings, and the first letter of ‘One’ from the brandname. It’s strong, recognisable and elegant at a glance.
