Following creating new brand identity for ADIA Estates, I was commissioned to create their new WordPress website. The aesthetic from the branding worked perfectly to create a highly professional, polished yet approachable look and feel for the website. Key features include an attractive listings page showing bedrooms and bathrooms at a glance, with an impactful slider to showcase images for each individual listing, along with an overview of the specs and description. The website also features a free valuation pop-up, and the ability to request a call-back.

Case Study
Opportunity
Most estate agent sites feel templated and transactional. Building on the new ADIA identity, we had the opportunity to create a design-led experience that looks polished yet approachable, and helps buyers and sellers get to useful information faster.
Objectives (Business + User)
-
Present listings with immediate at-a-glance clarity (key specs first).
-
Showcase properties with strong, immersive imagery.
-
Reduce friction for valuations and enquiries with clear prompts.
-
Maintain long-term flexibility on a familiar CMS.
UX Insight & Strategy
Property seekers scan first, then commit. We prioritised quick comprehension on listings (headline details surfaced early) and a guided flow into full property pages. Clear pathways to free valuation and call-back options support seller conversion without interrupting browsing.
Design System & Content
The website extends the brand aesthetic into a calm, professional UI: considered typography, generous spacing and listing cards that surface bedrooms/bathrooms at a glance. Individual property pages use an impactful image slider with concise spec overviews and descriptions, keeping focus on the homes rather than interface clutter.
Interaction & Performance
Lightweight motion cues keep the experience smooth. A free valuation pop-up and request-a-callback option enable high-intent actions without leaving the journey. Built on WordPress for maintainability, modular content blocks make it easy to add new listings while preserving the design language.
Competitive Edge Now
Compared with typical estate agent websites, ADIA’s presence feels considered and welcoming. At-a-glance specs speed decision-making, immersive imagery elevates perceived quality, and clear conversion points encourage confident enquiries.
What This Enables
The site is well positioned to support ongoing listings growth, convert valuation requests more smoothly, and uphold a consistent, brand-led experience across future content and campaigns.
